Comfort Keepers

We have been clients of Comfort Keepers for the past two plus years. We have increased home care coverage from several hours a day to 24 by 7 coverage. All the caregivers who worked with us have far exceeded our expectations. They have been knowledgeable, capable, efficient and effective. They understood their mission and above all, completed it with kindness and caring. Also, the administrative staff were easy to contact, responded quickly to our inquiries and answered all questions. Comfort Keepers in Closter has been such a blessing for my family. Steven truly cares and matched my mom with two wonderful caregivers, Mery and Anna, who are kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely loving. The entire staff is responsive and professional, and their compassion and dedication give me such peace of mind knowing my mom is so well cared for.

With this being my first experience with home care for my mom, I was very impressed with how caring Steve, Alex, and Rita, through their own past experiences, were able to relate and offer great advice on where to go next. There was never any pressure, and they all truly understood what a big undertaking this was for me. Even after the treatment plan was changed, my mother’s needs were met with ease with clear communication and the ability for their team to pivot with her treatment. Izabel - I cannot say enough about. She was not just the caregiver who helped me with my mom. She also kept my mom’s spirits up and kept me informed when I was unable to visit. Friends and family who visited were also very impressed by her compassion, the way she treated my mom, all while understanding that her dignity was very important to her. Thank you all!
