Caring Hands Caregivers

We hired a caretaker to help my mom after she returned from the hospital, and I am so grateful for the support we received. Kathy made the process so easy and professional, and Ane, our caretaker, was absolutely wonderful, compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to my mom’s well-being. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and gave us peace of mind during a stressful time. I truly appreciate their care and dedication.

The times in life when one feels completely at a loss thankfully are few. But when my mother needed full time care after my father's death, I felt overwhelmed. The people at Caring Hands came through in a huge way. Sandra expressed care for all members of the family as she arranged for caregivers for my mother, which she did quickly. We now have Decery as my mom's primary caregiver. She is amazing. She knows just how things should be done and has so much energy. She is a fantastic cook and has been able to get mom to eat a variety of healthful foods. But most importantly she is wise, patient, loving, and is a wonderful friend to my mom, and to my sister and me! I feel completely at ease knowing she is caring for my mom. Caring hands has been a professional and reliable company in caring for both my dad and now, mom. It is so reassuring to have loving and competent caregivers overseeing my parent’s health needs. Decery has gone above and beyond in all that she does to care for my mom. Cooking, keeping things neat, and most of all engaging with and being a friend to my mom. Her work goes beyond what we could have hoped for. Mele and Juliana are also such a valuable part of the team. Making sure my mom is taken care of and feels loved. All three of these ladies are not just caring for my mother, they feel like an extension of our family. Sandra is of course amazing managing it all and keeping the coverage (24/7) consistent for her care. I feel lucky to interact with any of these 4 amazing women whenever I come for a visit. Kathy at Caring Hands did a wonderful job of arranging care for my mother and her caretaker was so kind, patient, and understanding. I can't say enough how professional and caring everyone was--truly treating my mother as if she were their own parent.

My 78 year old husband fell and fractured his hip 2 weeks after I was post op For hip replacement. I contacted Caring Hands and Kathy came right to Kaiser and interviewed my husband and family. We needed 24 hr care for 6-7 weeks in our home until my husband could be weight bearing. Kathy quickly assigned 2 gentlemen to split living with us in our home taking care of my husband, helping With some household chores and helping with our pets. She was a life saver with Quick placement of 2 caregivers for long term help. Caregivers were both very respectful, kind and helpful.
