About Us Our Vision: We are committed to providing quality care and essential home care services in the community for Clients of all ages, which includes those who are aging, with mental challenges, or with disabilities that require non-medical care. We accomplish this goal by addressing the needs of those served in the comfort of their own homes, and by enriching the lives of Clients and their families with information, support, and care. We assist the Client and family in maintaining as normal a lifestyle as possible. We abide by the governing authority of the State Regulatory Office in the State of Georgia. Our Mission: Our mission is to support Clients to exercise their freedom to make choices and preferences, and to give quality safe care in the comfort of their home, school, facility, or living environment. We serve Clients of all ages who are diagnosed with a care need and/or disability regardless of race, religion, social status, gender, physical, and mental challenges. Our agency will address the needs of Clients by providing care in their own environment by collaborating and partnering with family members, case managers, staff, and other qualified professionals and supporters to help ensure Clients are offered every opportunity to develop and have a fulfilled quality life.
