Also administration takes an active interest in the quality of service and is readily available for questions and concerns.

From my first phone call to Home Instead of Durham I felt I had connected with local people who truly cared about the service they were providing and the people they were serving. Over the past year, they have proved to be just that. Jonathan and Ashley have been hands-on in making sure the needs of our 97-year-old aunt, who lives in our home, are met, whether it be delivering supplies to our home for the CarePro or regularly visiting to evaluate how things are going. We’ve been very pleased.

Home Instead provided 24/7 in-home care for my mother for 14 months until we moved her to a memory care facility. The reliability of Home Instead during that time was just amazing, thru two hurricanes and two record-breaking snowfalls, they never missed a shift. The caregivers treated my mother like she was part of their family, and several of them were with her throughout the entire 14 months. I'd also give Home Instead an A+++ for communication about schedule changes, care plans, and all other aspects of the services they provide. I can't speak highly enough of this company!

The Durham affiliate of Home Instead provided excellent service and were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. The office staff and care givers were both flexible with our demanding short term situation. They were able to bridge from the home situation to an assisted living facility during this virus crisis we are currently in. The assisted living facility had changing rules and paperwork requiring a last minute delay. The care givers were wonderful and understood our situation and able to continue to bridge us for a few extra days until we were able to move. I highly recommend them.

Home Instead has provided excellent care for my loved one. The office staff and care providers are genuinely good people who do everything possible to attend to the needs of my Mother. They are compassionate, caring, conscientious, and dependable. When I can't be home, I can trust that Mom is in very capable hands.
