I wanted to recognize and recommend the services I received from Lori Winsor, Director of Client Relations, who works for BrightStar Care. I was in a pinch for a ride to my physician’s office after outpatient surgery. My significant other was unexpectedly called upon to sign documents on a three-million-dollar home which conflicted with my scheduled ride to my appointment. I was referred to BrightStar Care by my Doctor’s office. Lori was very professional, empathic, and responsive to my dilemma. I could tell right away that Lori was part of an understanding and flexible team. Lori was always present and compassionate. I was in pretty bad shape, but Lori said, “You’re looking good, John!” The best part was how communicative and caring Lori was. I am truly impressed with the level of care BrightStar has always shown while assisting my Mother. BightStar is constantly willing to go the extra mile and Mom has always felt as though she is being cared for by extended family and not just a professional agency. Just as 1 example of how they have excelled in providing for my Mom is when She suffered from an undiagnosed illness and had to be hospitalized for a short time. Brightstar stepped in on little to no notice and made sure she felt completely safe and cared for when she was able to return home. there are many more examples of how they have always been there for her, but I will simply leave this with a heartfelt THANK YOU!

What an excellent company!! From the beginning, Lori was so kind and caring, with a wonderful attention to detail so that I felt very comforted and safe even before the time of my surgery. She took amazing care of me following my facial surgery, following the protocols the doctor and I gave her perfectly, allowing me to truly relax and let go knowing I was in very good hands for the entire day. Honestly I can say I’ve never felt so taken care of. If I hadn’t had her there, monitering me every hour, changing the moist towels on my face, cleaning up excess, applying vinegar water, ice packs and ointment all throughout the day, I most likely would never have had such a beautiful recovery in the time that followed. I’m so happy I hired her and I’m thrilled today with the way I look!! You won’t regret booking your time with Bright Star Care – they will take care of you so wonderfully from the first phone call up until the last moment so you won’t need to worry about a thing and can just relax into their extremely capable hands!
