Kim and Cristina are a fantastic team. Kim has been caring for my sister several years now. We are so thankful for her. She is committed to her work and has a wonderful demeanor. Kim goes above and beyond in making sure my sister gets to her appointments, has her medication, assists with daily health checks, has groceries, etc. simply put she is one of the most important people in my sister’s daily life. The best!

I hired All About Home Care several years ago to take care of my mother 24/7. She had memory loss and was wheelchair bound, so quite a bunch of care, including baths, toileting, feeding, dressing and taking her to doctors offices was involved. Never once did a caregiver fail to show up. The owner herself was actively involved in caring for my mother at times. She was the best, knows her stuff and anytime I had an issue, she took care of it immediately. I don’t say any of this lightly because they cared for my mom for over 5 years and there is no doubt in my mind that she lived as long as she did because of their excellent care. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

My mother has Alzheimer’s, and I live out of state, so it was important to me to find someone I could trust to take excellent care of her. All About Home Care turned out to be everything I hoped for and much, much more. I was afraid my mom might be resistant to the idea of having someone come into her home, but the moment we met the owner, Cristina Ortega, we knew we were in great hands. Cristina was smart, funny, outgoing, confident, experienced, insightful, intuitive, and extremely professional. All of the caregivers at All About Home Care made sure my mom ate and exercised, and that she took her medications and supplements. They kept track of her appointments and made sure she got to them on time. They always came up with new, fun ways to keep my mom engaged and entertained. The caregivers kept me informed and made themselves available to answer questions at any time. They were keenly observant and noticed small changes in my mom’s health and behavior. They were supportive of my mom, of course, but they were also supportive of me. They understood the difficulty of the changing roles, and they helped me face it all with insight and humor. When it came time to tell me that my mom needed to move somewhere where she could receive constant care, they did it with great compassion, and they helped me throughout the transition. I could not recommend All About Home Care more highly.

Very caring and contentious staff! Owner and aide were both very kind and professional! Gave me peace of mind that my aging parent was safe (I live on the east coast and could not visit often enough to take care of daily needs). Highly recommend!!
