Complete Homecare provides a home health aide for me through the VA in Asheville. I knew it would be tough to find someone for me since I live in BFE Nowhere! Lauren came out to my house and was wonderful. She listened to my needs, made sure she had all the information she needed, was professional and made me much more at ease about getting a home health aide. My attitude went from, “I don’t need a home health aide” to “a home health aide can really help me”. It took several tries to find the right person, but let me tell you, they got it right! Skyler and Madison have been extremely helpful and patient. They have stayed in touch with me every step of the way, even just to check in with me and let me know that they were still working on it. Katie took on my case personally and didn’t stop until she found the right person. My home health aide (I’m keeping her name out on purpose for privacy) has already made a huge impression. I know she’s going to make my life a little more manageable right now. I also know that my health will continue to become more complicated so I’m looking for this to be a long-term relationship with my home health aide and the crew at Complete Homecare. Thank you Skyler, Madison, Katie and Lauren for putting my mind at ease, working so hard to find the right person and making the whole process so easy and painless.

We currently employ Complete Home Care of America to provide daily assistance for my 99 year old mom who lives with us. We moved Mom into our home in November from an independent living retirement center. She had become a fall risk, was sleeping most of the time and seemed to have lost interest in things she used to enjoy. Since bringing in our caregiver, we have seen incredible improvements in her cognitive skills, mobility and quality of life. With the individual attention and encouragement she is receiving from Carla Bowman , her caregiver, her overall health is much improved and she is doing things for herself that she was no longer able to do on her own. This morning she got up, dressed herself, put on some makeup and was sitting in her chair asking to go out for breakfast. Totally amazing from where she was 2 months ago. It is such a relief and a blessing not to have to worry about her when we leave home everyday for work because we know she is in great hands with Carla. Our experience has been just fantastic!

We're now in our second year of happy partnership with Complete Home Care of America. We moved my elderly parents down to Greenville from NC back in September 2018 and had originally contracted with another local company for non-medical home care. Things went just fine for some time, but eventually they began to shy away from the increasing levels of things like memory care and bathing assistance that my parents needed. They actually suggested to me that mom and dad really "belonged" in a nursing home. Noooo! That was the very reason they were brought in to begin with- to help me keep my parents at home. For lack of a nicer way of putting it- they just called up and quit on us. Now what were we to do? Then we were blessed (by God, I believe) to discover Tom Haas and his team at Complete Home Care of America here in Greenville. It is my understanding that Tom's father actually started the business years ago in order to help keep his parents at home. So they get it! And these folks have since proven to be exactly who we needed. And it IS a partnership. In fact, we couldn't do this without them. They have been wonderful to work with and have helped me keep both my parents at home- healthy even through Covid-19 and away from nursing facilities. They employ friendly workers who are warm, conscientious and reliable- fine, dependable people you'll enjoy having in your home. Tom, along with his scheduling assistants Katie and Victoria can be relied upon to address any special requests or concerns I have in a very timely manner. Attentive, flexible and incredibly helpful and insightful during this transitional period while meeting the needs of my mother. High marks for communication and responsiveness.
