Home Instead offers our residents at The Springs at Tanasbourne an amazing opportunity to stay in their home in independent living before they require a transition to assisted living. Home Instead works in our community. Their staff is always friendly and professional, always in their uniform as well. The care staff is wonderful with our residents. We can't recommend them enough!
They were great, until services were stopped. They charged $2500 to bank account months later. Contacted them to inquire and they claimed they never charged anything and refused to refund. Disputed payment with bank which inevitably led to Home Instead calling to ask why payment was bounced. Payment for what? Apparently they were charging someone else's services to our account and we're too lazy to check that when we inquired. If you've ever been a customer, make sure they aren't misbilling.
The office staff is wonderful and super supportive. It was free to have a Social worker come to the house and do and assessment!! The caregivers are the best!!! they are super well trained. I can't think of anyone else that I would trust to take care of my Mom!! Thank you for all that you do
