Right at Home

Ms.Latoya Washington was in charge of my interview and was very well spoken and informative. She explained everything aspect of the job thoroughly and made sure I left with no questions or concerns. I definitely recommend giving Right at Home a go thanks to her!!

They never left us without someone to come at our scheduled times, even if they had to find a last minute substitute because of emergencies. They kept us informed every step of the way. I needed assistance in getting my 92 year old Mom to the dentist. I was so pleased and impressed with London who met us at the dentist office to help my son transfer my Mom into the dental chair. She was very professional and personable. I will definitely ask for her in 6 months when I have to bring my Mom back to the dentist for a clean and check. Ms. Kay, thank you SO much for sending London that day!!

We have used RAH Lafayette many times over the past few years and they have been exceptional at caring for my mother. From first contact with Kay this latest experience has been great. Ease of online registration update is much appreciated as I don't live in the same city as my mother. Nurse Amy gave us such confidence that she would make sure that the caregivers meet all of mom's needs! And then there is Latoya, our care coordinator! What can I say, she has worked so hard (and succeeded) to get us the care we need. Short notice, over a holiday -- didn't matter she and her after hours team got the job done. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Right at Home has been a lifesaver, especially our coordinator, Latoya. We had emergency situations come up and Latoya worked so hard getting great sitters scheduled. It was such a relief!
