Compassion Crest Home Care is an amazing team! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Maurci and Hannah on both patient care as well as events to benefit the community.
The best way to share how much they prioritize patient care is by telling about how Maurci took her time to sit with a potential patient of our hospice, comforting her and earning her trust until the patient was fully under our care. And the kicker is we found out a week after that our new patient was never even a client of Compassion Crest! In layman’s terms, Maurci made sure the patient was in good hands even if it didn’t benefit her own company.
Secondly, Hannah is the heart and spirit of the senior care community. It was under her leadership that Senior Tech Talk was formed, to impact senior communities and assist them with their technology challenges.
It has been a thorough pleasure working with the two of them and I’m looking forward to making a huge difference in the senior care community with Compassion Crest Home Care!

Compassion Crest was a lifesaver! I was responsible for the care of a 92-year-old, who was blind, and later suffered from dementia. She needed 24 hour care and I could not tolerate no-show employees are employee turnaround...Compassion Crest was ALWAYS there and provided quality, trained people. I used their services for about 4 years. The owner and staff are amazing!

Our family hired Compassion Crest for our loved one who was declining from Alzheimer's. Originally, we put her in an expensive memory care facility that worked for a while; however, we noticed that they were medicating the residents to control them. We wanted a facility that would allow her to enjoy what time she had left and not be a zombie. After a year of putting up with over medicating, she fell and broke her hip twice in the facility, so we decided to move her to a smaller place - a group home. This proved not to be a good situation. She needed more one-on-one supervision. Dementia and Alzheimer patients need special people to care for them, caregivers who are patient, kind, considerate, loving, and the type that makes your loved one feel important and of worth.
After 7 months, we took our mother out of the group home and rented a casita. We then hired Compassion Crest to be there on-site 24/7. Let me give you just a few of the responsibilities that the women of Compassion Crest provided daily: friendship, made light meals, showering and toilet duties, dressing, making bed, companionship, light housekeeping, playing games, watching TV and dancing, helping her fold clothes, trash to street, exercising with her, hygiene and incontinence care throughout the day and night.
Compassion Crest caregivers went out of their way to celebrate special times, decorating for holidays, bringing special items such as cards and treats. They notified me if something was needed in the home or if we were short on food/supplies. They were my eyes and ears-this allowed me to still be able to take care of my own children and responsibilities. For 2 years, Compassion Crest provided me with relief and confidence, knowing that my loved one was well taken care of when I wasn't around. The Compassion Crest office was equally amazing to work with. I was able to get ahold of management immediately at any time, day or night.
My loved one eventually passed away. The caregiver on duty helped me through these hours and helped to make the experience a peaceful, loving one. All of her caregivers felt emotion when she passed on because they cared and devoted so much time to her. I found that most of our Compassion Crest caregivers work because they love the job and have great compassion for the elderly.
I would highly recommend Compassion Crest for your loved one, whether they are in the elderly category battling Dementia/Alzheimer's or loved ones with mental illness or other disabilities, even those who just need a little extra help around the house and some companionship. Our family was very happy with our 2 year experience with Compassion Crest. We are so thankful and blessed to have found them.

Marcy, Tisha and everyone else in the office are very kind and caring people. Marcy personally called us at 2am to say Dad had passed, and we'd just spoken to her at 8pm - it's like she never sleeps! And we really liked all of the aides who came to the house to care for our Dad, who was extremely picky about staff. When we called her in a panic because we suddenly needed many more hours of service, she was able to very quickly accommodate our needs. We highly recommend this company to care for your loved ones.
