I only gave one star because there isn’t an option for 0 is not here. I refuse to write a long paragraph because for one I do not have the energy to do so especially after dealing with this company. It’s hard to believe they are open! The office manager, I suspect, Kay is confrontational, inconsistent, misleading, incapable of performing simple office duties just as the owner or who maybe the actual office manager, Fiona! For three weeks there were SEVERAL inappropriate unprofessional back and forward. The office does not tell the truth and without going into a novel, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY especially if your family member had a stroke, if you’re not up on what needs to be done they will have your family in bad shape with no care at all. I will say they do not have the capacity to inform their clients of pertinent information then lie about it! A HORRIBLE SHAME!

Anything less than a 1 star? NEVER, EVER, EVER use this health care agency. Well let me start by taking off the health and the care so let’s just leave it at an agency and agency is also very questionable... My husband got sent home from the hospital yesterday so this company is the one that they referred us to. I called the nurse to let them know that the medication was going to be late which she was not happy bcz she had to get to her night job. Regardless, she said that she had a lot of paperwork so she would come at 6ish to get started. When she showed up, the lack of professionalism in her non scrubs was incredible, please don’t take this the wrong way but her accent was so heavy we could barely understand her (my husband had to ask her to please slow down and repeat herself several times) however we tried and gave it a chance bcz well we had no other option. Finally the medicine arrived, she had no idea what she was doing. I even told her a few things that just by reading she would of known. She didn’t have my husbands instructions nor did she have a thermometer. We had to call the pharmacy and they had their on call nurse call us (AN ANGEL SENT FROM GOD) she didn’t question it and came to our house within 15 min. By the time she arrived, Janet the nurse from this company has already administered my husbands antibiotics (which were suppose to be administered today 04/25/2019 not 04/24/2019) which we found out today. Our angel arrived and taught Janet how to prepare my husbands TPN and connect him to the pump. A registered nurse and she didn’t know how to do any of this. Then she decided that today she was going to come at 5pm to connect my husband to his TPN which was way to early so I called her at about 12:30pm letting her know that 5pm was too early and to please come at 8pm, she said that someone from the company would call me. At about 7:50 pm I called them and the owner answers saying that she was the on call nurse and that she was going to find out and call me back. She called me at 850pm to tell me that Janet had told me that she couldn’t come at 8 and that she had informed me that no one else could come. Which she didn’t. I told her since she was the on call nurse she needed to come and connect my husband up and she said no take him to a hospital to have them connect him. This company is a disgust to the health care industry. This is how they treat their patients. I will make sure that this kind of situation never happens to any other poor patient and the families. Because at a time of need, sadness, loss and tons of doubts and questions and this is how this company treats us. They don’t deserve to be in business. I could continue but it’s not even worth it. Please if you get this company refuse them and ask for another one.

I used this company for two months, I was kind of Skeptical about going through a home health agency at first, but that quickly changed. The care I got from them was GREAT it felt like I was dealing a family, going above and beyond to make sure my needs was well taken care of! Amazing staff I would recommend them

Just Kier Home Health has been a godsend for my quadriplegic friend. The staff have become family, buying clothes for my friend and her child. She would be lost without them! I'm just so happy seeing how happy she is with the staff!

My mother is receiving amazing care from Justkeir Home Health nurses and the office staff are pleasant & attentive. Thank you for being such angels!
