I want to thank you folks, especially Tina by wound care nurse, she has performed very well, and it shows, my wound is getting so much better, she has been amazing, on some of the dark days when I felt that I was not getting any better She would lift me up and tell me that my wound was actually getting better which raised my emotions and made me feel so much better so on top of being a great wound care nurse she’s a good motivator, I want to tell everyone she’s the best if it wasn’t for her I have no idea what shape I would be in, she communicates very well. She’s always here on time, even though she lives fairly far away and I know the traffic is terrible, she’s helped me dramatically when I have a question she can always answer it with a professional response. Social Work scheduled Dumols to do my home nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy after I had open heart surgery (after which I was pretty incapacitated). The nurse, PT, and OT personnel were fantastic! They were thorough, evaluated my status each visit, and taught me thorough exercise regimens that brought me back toward my pre-op strong/healthy baseline. They would text me the day before to set up the best times to see me, which was convenient. I do not understand the negative reviews as my experience was completely different

I don't know what has happened in the past with this company, however I have had nothing but a stellar experience with them. I used the company because the first company I had was out of my network. When I asked my surgeon to find one within my network, Dubols was the first one I was given. I have had GREAT customer service from the office to the occupational (Kim) therapist, initial physical therapist (Dr. Richard) to my current therapist (Sarah) who is a breath of fresh air and so accommodating. She is teaching me all sorts of exercises to increase my extension and contraction of my knee following knee replacement. She is always able to accommodate my schedule and does something different every time she comes for a session so as not to be stagnant and exercise different muscles. Can't say enough wonderful things about this company!

The Nurse Tina is Heaven sent! She goes above and beyond to make sure the client is very well cared for. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for this company. Poor communication, very unorganized, didn't provide nurses with proper materials, sent out expired supplies, then expected me as the patient to go and buy my own and even tried to charge my insurance for something their company needed for their own machine! I wouldn't recommend this company but I would definitely work with Tina their nurse, I don't know what would've happened to me if I was in anyone else's hands. She made sure to provide my needs.

These people know nothing about customer service or professionalism. Still waiting again for half an hour past the time someone is supposed to be here and nothing, not a word. Called their answering service and still crickets. They have a history of incorrect billing, changing terms without warning, taking no accountability for their faults, and a genuine lack of caring. If not for my mother liking her primary carer so much would definitely go elsewhere. If you have a choice go elsewhere.
