Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
• The employee will provide professional services. • Function as a member of a multidisciplinary team to meet individual and family comprehensive health needs. • Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate health care, serving as an advocate for patient options and services. • Utilize communication and available resources to promote quality and cost-effective outcomes, across the continuum of care. • Serve as a clinical case manager and patient advocate, providing advanced practice clinical, administrative, and organizational skills in managing the continuity, access, and provision of care services for complex and defined patient populations. Qualifications: • Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing Program from an approved National League of Nursing. • Current, active, full, and unrestricted License to practice Nursing in accordance with State Board requirements. Nurse applicants must be a current U.S. licensed Registered Nurse. • License cannot be under investigation nor have any adverse action pending from a Nursing State Board or national licensing/certification agency. • 1 – 2 years of clinical nursing experience is required. • One year of previous experience in Case Management/Utilization Management is preferred. • Full time employment in a nursing field within the last 1 year is preferrable Compensation and Benefit • Attractive Salary • Benefits such as: o Matched 401k o Matched Medical
