Brightstar Care

WOW! My father in law came to live with us due to a stroke that paralyzed his left side. We needed a caregiver while we are at work and BrightStar did an amazing job finding someone that was a perfect fit for us! My father loves her and says she "knows what she is doing". Marie is thoughtful, attentive, kind and very good at what she does. Thank you BrightStar for making this transition so much easier.

BrightStar was a life saver for me my family. My mother was very happy with her caregiver's and nurse. They all did an outstanding job. I could go to work and not worry about my mom at all. I knew she was in good hands at all times. I just want to say thanks so much to the entire organization.

We have been using this company for over 5 years now and I have nothing but praise for them and their staff. Concerns have been minimal and are addressed in a positive way immediately. We have been able to have solid continuity in caregivers over time which helps my Dad interact. These caregivers have become a part of the family. I live 200 miles from Dad and have solid confidence in this team that they will be there for my Dad providing exemplary services. Thanks BrightStar!

The person that I have dealt with is Tammy she is very rude ,dislike me so says things to the caregiver she should not .She does not call to let us know caregiver late or not coming, I have to call her. Once I went to the office an she said their ms. Pinson with her nasty attitude in front of me and everyone in the office that was uncalled for. I would suggest that no one sould use this company

Brightstar was a Godsend until I needed to switch drivers because my son complained she was falling asleep at the wheel. When I called the office to inform them they said they would get back to me . Well I’m still waiting 9 months later 😳. I would not recommend them Fran Brierre
