Keen Home Care

Keen has been taking care of my 94 year old uncle for several years. Sandra (client care coordinator) has been amazing . In addition to genuinely caring, easy to contact and has given us excellent advice as his needs continually change. My uncle’s caregiver Toyanne is fantastic. She is a delicious cook and my uncle truly enjoys her company. Toyanne went above and beyond by staying late one day unexpectedly to help my uncle. My uncle resides in Huntington Beach and I am 85 miles away. Keen has given my family peace of mind with their quick responses, continual commitment, and kindness.

The KEEN company has been caring for my aunt for about a year. We chose this company on recommendation from some friends. Some very professional people, Machelle and another person, whose name at this time, I cannot recall; came to evaluate the home and the level of care my aunt would need. The company has some very reliable, very professional, very compassionate people that we feel really care for us and that my aunt is important to them. Every caregiver we have had, genuinely cares for my aunt, they provide her with the greatest care ever! The names I recall are Sue, Heidy, Jacqueline, and a few others whose names I cannot recall. lovely, kind, thoughtful women. I wish I could remember their names, as we are very grateful for them. Some caregive do a little more than others, however, her home is clean and she is very well cared for and always very well fed and groomed. I am always assured that someone will be there for us, last year when she was hospitalized KEEN was with us the whole way. At this, time, we are having another incident and KEEN is with us all the way again. They assure me that she will not be left alone, a very important issue for me. Also ,Sandra,, always keeps me posted on if we need care for the holidays, or any other information that I need to have. Christine Yap is also a wonderful person, so friendly and compassionate and I always feel very reassured that everything will go well. I recommend this company wholeheartedly, it may be costly, but I’m one of those you get what you pay for. And we’re getting excellent care for my aunt. Cristina

I live in Northern California, but my grandma is in Long Beach. Lately we noticed she was slowing down a bit and could use some extra help.
