CARE WIND PLACE

Care Wind Place, Inc is a private family-owned healthcare agency founded in 2009 by Tracy and Stuart Thompson; for authorized eligible individuals age 18 years and older, who have been diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities as well as other mental health challenges and medical issues as an alternative to institutional care. The individuals must meet the eligibility criteria per Regional Initial Screening Process and Regional Evaluation. We provide a full day of 24 supervision designed to give each individual (Person Centered Attention) the assistance and support they need to live in the community. We offer a professional and caring staff that is CPR/First Aid and trained and tested on competency of the Agency's Policies and Procedures, all other governing regulatory agencies standards such as DHS, DBHDD and the Division of Aging. We believe that regardless of a person physical or mental challenges in life, that every person hopes and dreams and vision of their life be carried out through their maximum level of independent functioning so they may have a meaningful life in the community with respect and dignity.
