I needed someone to stay home with my Dad so that my Mom could get out of the house and feel comfortable that he was safe while she was gone. From the beginning I had a positive feeling about the people they employ. The woman that met with us to setup services was very professional, yet relaxed enough that I didn't feel pressure to sign the contract the day we met. She followed up with me to see if I had any questions, and again didn't seem to pressure me to sign. Thank you, I recommend this company.

The aides that came to help with my mom were terrific, Especially Elizabeth Parker. She knew exactly how to take care of every situation and I never needed to remind her to do something. She was able to handle my mom’s needs by herself. The best thing about Elizabeth is that she really cared about mom and me. She was kind and loving. Anyone who has her working with a family member will feel confident and secure about their loved one’s care❤️

I utilized 1st Accredited Home Care services for my grandmother who suffered a severe accident. I worked with the Administrator Ysabel who was a breath of fresh air during my time of need. She responded to my request the same day and I had a HH Aide placed in my grandmother's home the same day. Ysabel was prompt, knowledgeable and empathetic. I Contacted Isabell to get my mother in law a care taker during 4th of July . she answered and got right to working on it. She got me a care taker to my Exact liking and always calls to check in and make sure everything is good. I recommend this company to any that is looking for reliability and Responsiveness. I can't thank this Isabell and her company enough for what they did.

I called and this company and it is not a Home Health Agency that is anything close to being accredited. They do not provide direct care services, rather they will send independent contractors. Check with your tax accountant and insurance agent for proper coverage with independent contractors in your home and/or employment tax exposure.
