From the moment I called to inquire into Brightstar's caretakers, and then had an interview with Shari I was so grateful to have found such empathic, skilled and trustworthy people!  It's not easy to find the right person for long term care for your elderly husband and they diligently kept working to find the right fit for both Roger and our home.  Helen and Mariela have been incredible and talked with me in-depth when needed.  The person we have settled on, really is was serendipitous, is Yessica.  She is a combination of caring, intelligence, skill in many areas including cooking and a delight.  She and my husband have a very good and deepening relationship.  I am so grateful to have her here.  We both feel blessed!

My wife was having major surgery and we are caregivers for her 95 year old mother who has dementia. We needed help for a month while my wife recovered.  Julienne Alford came into bathe my mother in law and spend time with her during this time.  She was a quick study as well as being patient and kind. Our daughter and son-in-law are new parents. The family hired RNs to assist them after they brought the baby home from the hospital. The skill, support, and dedication of these nurses in caring for  the the newborn, and the parents, was truly amazing.  They assisted with every aspect of the baby's care and helped the parents gain confidence in their own parenting skills, all while being professional, discreet, and respectful of the family, including family visitors. These angels made the difficult transition from hospital to home so much easier and will have the the sincerest gratitude of this family forever.
