Our caregivers are expected continue with the client for as long as they need care and if that is not possible allow the agency time to find a suitable replacement. This approach is definitely harder and more time consuming but we believe our clients are worth it! Constant Companions was founded in 2003 to provide a superior home care experience for the seniors in San Diego and Riverside county. Gabriela Brown, owner, has over 30 years of experience working with seniors and their families and saw the need to provide clients with this personalized experience.
