Our House Home Care

Our House was brought in my home after I messed up and left my mother unattended..The caregivers could never provide me with any certifacations..my mother was soaking wet with urine most nights and one of their so-called caregivers had my mother's wrists black and blue with knots on them...the staff said it was her fault.. they acted like it was nothing and tried to bring the same person to my home the next night..

Initially, this company seemed very understanding and willing to accommodate my needs. But after my first aid quit without any warning, just not showing up to work the next day without any phone call or precursor, the company changed tunes. The person I spoke to suddenly didn't care about my needs, diminished them, and didn't take me seriously when I said I could not have aids that wore strong fragrances or smoked. They sent me a replacement aid that admitted to wearing strong perfume before coming to work and we sent her out immediately. When we called, they were unapologetic, not even trying to fix their mistakes. I would absolutely NOT reccommend this company to anyone! They are two faced and clearly don't care about their customers. I can't believe I wasted time trying to get an aid from an agency that clearly could not have cared less about my needs. Extremely disappointing and dangerous.

Horrible people.. they disrespected my grandmother numerous times. When i called the company to complain about the way that my grandmother was being treated, I was verbally attacked by the owner and manager on duty. I wouldnt allow these people to take care of a cricket. The lack of professionalism and respect is disturbing to say the least. The owner/manager i talked to was very disrespectful and cursed at me when asked if my grandmother could get a different aid. I would give them 0 stars if it was available. Do not i repeat DO NOT allow this company to abuse or disrespect your loved ones when other companies in the area do a much better job and show respect toward their customers.

Great Company!!! My family member is receiving services through this agency and we are so thankful to have them. Their services is great; they are very friendly, loving and caring. We are very pleased and satisfied with Our House Homecare Services. Monique Taylor
