The coordinator and nurses do not communicate with each other. Rather both parties place the blame on the Home Health Aide. They're unreliable, their is no transparency in regards about the case, bad communication skills, extremely rude, and unprofessional. How does an HHA have control over an incompetent coordinator that calls you very late at night and threatens you that if you don't answer they will have no choice but to replace you?. The problem with this agency is that each department does not communicate.
We are about to start using Alliance, after having had a wonderful home visit and intake for my 94-year old father. The woman who came was delightful, efficient, bright and conscientious. She was lso through. She asked all the right and good questions. I am impressed by the quickness of the Alliance team's response so far.

From top to bottom, they are very rude and unprofessional and play brother's keeper. In other words, asking to speak to a supervisor won't get you anywhere. They spend more trying to give the illusion of being a good agency rather than actually being a good agency. You may not realize this at the beginning, but it won't take long before you tell yourself, "they fooled me."
