I wrote to self help a few times complaining about the the director of NORC at big six towers in woodside queens not having. Ala degree in social work as required but she is working as the director and for them to get grants she needs to have a degree in social work. She is now not even showing up for work. They told me she is working from home and getting paid! . When is self help going to do something about the director of NORC at big six towers in Woodside queens? She needs to be removed as director of NORC in big six towers and has no social worker degree. . She is definitely not qualified for her position as director! But someone seems to be protecting her.

I came in diligent ready willing and very much capable of completing a course in HHA. I fell ill the second day of class and was forced to do multiple tasks with a fever bleeding heavily from my period and managed to stay afloat for two weeks. Yes this is raw unfiltered truth. The students the staff and the environment is worse than rikers island. Anything goes, no accountability, excelled sped fast training, you either get it 100 percent on the spot or you fail. I was threatened harassed bullied and shunned on the daily basis. Sex drugs violence and illegal activities transpire and not under their nose. I am disgusted hurt and embarrassed to have wasted my time here. RUNNNNN!

This company is disgusting and they don’t have no regards for others. I was planning to take the classes with them but after what they said to me I decided not too,. I picked up my kids from school and was crossing the street with my 2 year old and was pushing the stroller. She text to confirm if I was coming I looked at the message and decided to reply when I got home because I have my kids and I was walking. She then called and told me I left her on read I had told her I was crossing the street and she told me that I still should’ve answer her to say something putting that would put my kids at risk. Which is rude and no care my kids safety. Her name was Cynthia Rodriguez

Horrible company, never answer the phone. They all gossip and power trip ALL THE TIME! And a client I had wanted to be treated like a human so yeah that alone says a lot about the company and how they treat their client and the aides they hire. Don’t waste your time on this company. They are Horrible.

I’ve been calling and no one is picking up after me calling the first time and someone quickly said thank u for calling please hold, and proceeded to have me on hold for 15 whole minutes when I just want to ask a question. I then called 8 more times and no one is answering it’s like they have the phone off the hook lol
