My experience with Nancy Bond and Emerald Care- In-Home Support Services has been an extremely positive experience. I hired this service to help be the "eyes and ears" for my mom in my absence. My mom is 85 years old and lives independently at home but needs help a few times a month for things such as light housekeeping and companionship. They also let me know if they see any changes in her health or emotional status. Miranda is assigned to my mom - my mom adores her. Having Emerald in our lives is a blessing and relieves a lot of stress on me and my mom. I highly recommend hiring Emerald Care.

Emerald Care was a great resource for my mother who suffered from dementia and was in a care center. There were not enough staff at the care center to care for all the patients so we hired Emerald Care to come in and be with her for dinner and make sure she got to bed on time. The aides we had were so caring and attentive. They went through Covid with us and were our support when we could not see our mother. They made sure we did FaceTime calls and they reminded her we were there for her. Nancy was very attentive to our needs and seemed to genuinely care about us and our mother. I highly recommend Emerald Care!
Emerald Care (Nancy Bond) was very organized and exceptional. Khrissie Wilsak was the caregiver for my husband who was on hospice for 3 months. She was a wonderful angel. Khrissie provided extraordinary care, compassion and kindness. She consistently arrived on time, always provided professional care, and worked well with the Medicare Hospice team.
