My family and I have been with Josinia for over a year now. Their level of professionalism is of the highest standard. They treat my aging mother with the utmost dignity and respect. They help with the smallest of tasks all the way up to the hard challenges my family couldn't do on our own. The care givers are punctual, respectful, and most of all they are extremely helpful. Switching from a previous agency to Josinia was the best decision we could have made. Thank you, Josinia and all of your staff!!

Josinia has been providing care for my Mom for close to a year. I have been extremely pleased with their services. They are superior at hiring excellent staff who truly care for their clients. They take care of her daily needs, keep the house tidy, do laundry and provide companionship. But most importantly, they CARE. My Mom is in such good hands with Josinia which is a big relief to me. John made this entire process easy for me as we worked together as needs changed and he was supportive the entire time. Chanel, who handles the schedules, has some magic up her sleeve as she fills in shifts and adapts to last minute changes and emergencies. The office staff I often speak to - Alyana and John - are a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend them enough!

I would give them zero stars if I could. And it’s not because of the home health aids, it’s because of the owner Tamara and her office manager, Chanel. Dad had a stroke last year and needs full-time care. In addition, we lost mom unexpectedly in February. Josinia neglected to schedule a home health aide on 4 July (this is not the first scheduling issue we’ve ) leaving my father without care until I discovered the issue. Instead of rectifying the mistake and communicating, they ended all communication and abruptly terminated services with NO NOTICE. My father is an army veteran and has been through hell and he does not deserve to be treated this way. Do not hire this agency if you care about your loved ones.

We have been using Josinia Senior Home Care for about a year and a half and they have been terrific. My mom especially appreciates the companionship they provide on top of the professional home care services. The home care staff is very friendly and professional. Tamara and John always get back to me with answers to my questions regarding scheduling promptly. We are very happy with Josinia.

The caregivers and management team are exceptional. I like that it's a family business and they care about the families they help. I thought setting up services would be overwhelming but Tamara took her time to explain billing and the technical terms with the VA to me. Although I don't remember all of the nuances what's important is that she clearly knows what's going. In fact they provided updates to me faster than the VA. The caregivers are friendly and have just been a joy. I'm very appreciative to Josina for providing top tier service.
