Welcome to Victory Support Services, a Provider of Medicaid Home and Community Based Services and License Home Care Agency services for people who are not capable of self-preservation without assistance that are living with physical disabilities and/or developmental disability who require extensive personal assistance and/or respite care services. Victory's direct care staff have submitted to criminal and child abuse background checks and health screening for prior to employment and have undergone extensive training and have past state recognized competency test in home care services which include but not limited to: Personal Care, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care, Infection Control, Safety, Assistance with Medication and Pain, Independence & Confidentiality training, End-of-Life Care, Nutrition, and host of ADL’s/IADL services. What is Victory Support Services? Victory Support Services (VSS) is a unique Pa. licensed Home Care Agency/ Registry Program, Housing Resource and Medical Assistance HCBS Provider of personal assistance and respite care services that offers a chance for people living with disabilities to receive in home care or to move from an institution, crisis, or homelessness into our CSLA or other residential community setting with the services and supports that they choose in order to ensure their health and wellbeing. The Goals of the Program To provide comprehensive Medicaid or private pay personal assistance services as an option to being placed to living in a nursing home or other institution and to link individuals being discharged from nursing homes, personal care homes and/or institution with nursing transition funds and resources plus care (i.e. rental assistance, assistive devices, specialized social transportation services and hands on care with activities of daily living) so that the consumer can remain safely in the community which they choose to live.
