Serengeti has provided a great service for my 96 year old father, giving care that has allowed us to keep him in his own home as he ages. His caregiver, Joseph has been patient and caring, even through difficult situations. Purity, as the Care Manager, has been attentive and responsive to our needs, coming up with solutions to our care needs quickly and efficiently, and has worked with our insurance and VA benefits. I highly recommend their service!

We highly recommend Serengeti Care for all your at home adult caregiver needs. First the manager, Purity, comes by and interviews YOU to evaluate your current caregiver needs and how long that would be expected before any changes. It is an organic process as it continues to change and evolve as your needs do. They then sent out experienced caregivers who have between 7 and 15 years experience in exactly what you need today and over the upcoming months. Caregivers have changes and needs as well and Serengeti is ready with vacation and sick leave alternates for your needs. As needs change, caregivers are further trained by others or new caregivers are retained as the client wants and needs change. Over a nine month period we had two awesome longtime caregivers Choi and Joseph, both fully trusted and great at all aspects of the job. Additionally we had several new caregivers that came in over the last 3-4 months. Everyone was very good, experienced, and professional. We can’t thank Serengeti enough for their awesome help for our at home care giver needs. We highly recommend them for all they have done for us in caring for our Dad!

Our family feels truly fortunate and blessed to work with Purity Kamau as she continues to insure that my disabled son receives only the best care on a daily basis from staff at the Serengeti Agency.More telling is how we came to choose the Serengeti Agency to provide care for my son. I was deluged with calls from 6 or more companies wanting to provide care.I interviewed two representatives on a Thursday afternoon. From the moment Purity began her presentation I knew she was special and would guarantee that that my son would receive exceptional care from Serengeti staff because Purity herself is exceptional and would closely monitor his progress to be sure that the caregiver in place was meeting our son's needs and I am peased to say that I was right as Serengeti started on that Monday.; continuing to provide exceptional service with Purity at the helm demonstrating strong leadership and decision making skills even when staff was ill, took other positions or were not a good fit she and Serengiti even under these challenging circumstances prevailed with the addition of office staff member Nancy Njihia who worked tirelessly alongside Purity Kamau to be sure we always had coverage for my son. kudos to Purity, Nancy and Serengeti for always providing exceptional care even under the most difficult circumstances. The folks at Serengeti Care have helped with my mother when she needed around the clock assistance as well as just overnight and in every case they have been awesome! Mo was the person handling my situation each time and she was always just a phone call away, promptly returning calls and accommodating every request no matter how idiosyncratic. The care givers we worked with were all very caring and helpful, and we never had any issues or concerns which was a huge relief with everything else going on that necessitated the care givers.
