I called Infinity at the last minute for a support. They promised to find the needed aide. Since I didn’t know the aide, I called home to be sure that all was fine. To my surprise their responsible Mrs. Swing took the call. She was at my home with the aide: I was just impressed: such a professionalism…. The days after Mrs. Swing came also. I have heard from my wife how kind and helpful she has been. Thank you, Jasmine, … They are great. I recommend them to everyone

We contracted with Infinity for an aide to assist my father after a stroke. They assigned a wonderful and compassionate aide that meshed perfectly with dad. I have been very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge the aide possessed. Infinity really did a stellar job with this assignment! Mark of Infinity also has been extremely helpful in my dealings with the long term care insurance company. I would definitely recommend Infinity!

The first day the caregiver showed up late with no phone call. The second day the caregiver z a was late again and left after 1 1/2 hours because she wasn’t feeling good. She didn’t come back for five days and was late again. Almost 2 hours late. The little time she was with us she was on her phone 24/7 and she violated her trust by taking things without permission and when called out on it she lied to me saying I would never do that. Till I called her out saying I have it on video she said it only happen once. Again lying it was more then once and she had no choice but to apologize for her actions. She also was hitting on my son asking me personal questions which were totally unacceptable and unprofessional. With numerous phone calls to the agency (the owner) it took two days for someone to finally call us back. When we explained our concern and disappointment there was no apology and no remorse. The only thing this woman could say was what would you Us to do? My father-in-law is 83 and handicapped. This agency is an embarrassment to the caregivers out there. Shame on them. No family should ever have to deal with people like this.
