I have had Assured Assistance help with my mother’s care for the last several months. The level of care has been wonderful. The people treat my mother as a dear friend. From helping to prepare meals, tidying up, or just conversing with her, they have given me great peace of mind knowing that she receiving top-level care. They discuss concerns with me and are eager to work with our family to make sure my mother is comfortable and well. The company is always extremely responsive to all my questions. They listened and help make connections that were difficult during COVID. Paige is an amazing caregiver treating my loved one as she would her own family and keeping me informed, too. Just looking for a new agency for my mom and dad do you offer 24 hour aides the agency that my mom has now only offers 12 hour aides 7A.M-7P.M my father just went in the hospital a few days ago due to heart problems and is planning on coming home soon he usually puts my mom to bed I can't be here 24/7 I take care of 3 other people who have health issues
