Primary responsibilities of companionship/transportation services include the following: • Providing companionship and conversation • Transportation to doctor visits, errands or social outings • Care for houseplants/pets • Go for a walk • Organize and clean closets, check food expiration's, clean cupboards • Meal preparation, clean up of kitchen, wash dishes, take out garbage • Laundry/ironing/changing of linens and making bed • Providing stabilization, assistance with walking and transferring • Preparing meals and cleaning up the kitchen after • Medication reminders • Performing light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc • Basic grooming and hygiene • Pet care
