I have been working with ameriCare for the last few months and have been very pleased with thier service. My parents have loved the care provider we have used and the service fromt he ameriCare team has helped make the process much easier. I also really appreciate them working with me on some of the administrative tasks with my longterm care provider which has been really helpful.

AmeriCare answered my family's need for help during two recent periods of trauma. They sent a caregiver who helped us immensely as my husband made his descent into dementia. She brightened those dark final months of his life and helped me get through them, too. Not long after my husband passed, I had a serious fall that left me immobile for weeks. Once again, AmeriCare sent a wonderful caregiver who saw me through my fight to walk again. I will always be grateful to those two caregivers, and to AmeriCare for responding so meaningfully to our calls for help.

I contracted ameriCARE to help me out with the day to day after a major surgery. Kevin, the owner, and his employees executed these support duties with a smile. Having someone there to run for groceries, do laundry, and all those other necessary sundries, allowed me to concentrate without stress on the simple goal of healing after surgery. I know for a fact that without this support i wouldn't have come so far in the healing process in the three weeks I had their support. Kevin, relay my thanks to your team.

After months of anxiety about finding a caregiver I could trust to take care of my mom and dealing with agencies that were very expensive and uneven in their responsiveness, I had the good fortune to come across AmeriCare. It began with a detailed intake call by their owner, Kevin Rasmussen. Though it was a detailed, the call with Kevin was very personable and felt more like a conversation. It was immediately evident this would be a great experience. After that, I was introduced to Kayley Steinhauer, the Business Operations Manager who also showed a sincere interest in my mom's well being and mine! She and Kevin worked to put me in touch with a caregiver they felt would take excellent care of my mom. I was worried because mom was highly resistant to have anyone care for her. They sent Christian Hall, who immediately conveyed patience, thoughtfulness and a gentle approach that quickly led to my mom becoming receptive to his care. We look forward to his time with us as he has been exceptionally kind and skillful at his work. AmeriCare is new on the horizon of many choices of available agencies, but this one stands out due to their responsiveness, professionalism and warmth.
