I am Very please with the professionalism and of course the care and concern that Nichole Sykes, Care Manager has provided to our family. Her insight and listening ear (and I'm long winded) has matched us to the perfect Caregiver. Also, there had been a interruption in care due to illness of the Caregiver yet, Nicole had someone of excellence to replace Caregiver until she well enough to return. Me and my family are very please with Nichole and connect with care services.

We used Connect with Care for about 2 years and had a good experience. The company is professional and puts a lot of effort into finding the right match for a clients needs. We really appreciate the level of care that the caregivers provided to our loved one.

All of us face unique challenges. From the moment I realized that my health was declining to a point where I couldn't deal with the overwhelming pressure and physical involvement to get through a normal day, that I was absolutely like a fish out of water, gasping for breath... It was difficult to ask for help. Then during an interview with a councilor they suggested I look into a "care-taker". It was difficult to admit to myself that I needed it and I felt it was too difficult to enter into the process. It seems these thoughts were a way to mask my primal needs from my reality. Through several months and attempts to to work out a plan I was recomended to speak with Nicole at Connect to Care. From our very first conversation to the moment we had finished all of the internal paper work, where Nicole and the staff at CWC walked me through every detail, (with patience, kindness and with compassion dealing with my fear of "helplessness") to meeting my Caretaker - - was a Blessing. And now with the help provided by the awesome Grace V. There is real light back in my life. Such a distinct difference between the darker days of the Pandemic and the Solitude many of us experienced, and the physical help & emotional support she brings into my life each week is life-giving. Helplessness is created at any time & circumstance, regardless of age or gender. Seva, giving unconditional care to others is the highest calling on the planet. I can say this because I am 80 yrs old and have been active all me life. This year has been one of the best knowing that kindness and care is always here... Thanks to C2Care's wonderful staff giving their time, energy and attention to detail.
