Veronica at FirstLight home care came highly recommended from an elder care expert in Marin. Every interaction I had with her and her agency was exceptional. She was so easy to get in touch with and communicative. She matched our loved one with perfect caregivers, provided them with outstanding training, and ensured quality at all times. We were so fortunate to be matched with Luis as part of our family member’s care team. I highly recommend using this agency. My mother had been falling frequently, got hospitalized and needed extra support after returning home. First Light staff provided great support and help while assisting mom. Mom can be challenging to assist, but she felt that the First Light caregivers were responsive, polite and careful in assisting her. Should we need assistance again we will definitely contact First Light for their services.

The nursing home shared with me a list of Home Care agencies. The agencies they had recommended had worked with my nursing home in the past. This in itself was reassuring to me. The attendants arrived on time. Some of the attendants had worked together in the past. Again very reassuring. I had to make some scheduling changes with Walter and Veronica. They handled it with ease although scheduling can be difficult. My family member received the needed care. I am grateful that First Light helped me through this stressful time. Mary
