The team at Essential Care led by Donna Hughes cannot get enough praise from me. They cared for my mother in her final years in a way that truly made them seem like extended family. Mom always looked forward to their visits, and would describe for me in animated detail the various activities they did together. Donna provided regular updates with helpful suggestions for modifying the plan as Mom’s situation evolved. I would recommend anyone needing a little support with an aging loved one get in touch with Donna to craft a care plan.
My mom has received care for the past two years or so. As her needs have changed Essential Care have been able to change and accommodate us. Mom is well looked after, always dressed well, with her make up and jewelry on. She always likes to look her best. My mom loves her team of caregivers and I honestly feel they love her too.
My Gram was here for over three years and Donna Hughes was AMAAAAZING! She took such good care of her and made my Gram feel like it was family looking after her. I could not keep my mom in her lovely home at the Warburton if it were not for the aides at Essential Care who keep an eye on her, make sure she takes her meds and is safe. As much as my sister and I want to, we cannot be there every day, several times a day. I completely trust Donna, Kidist, Genevieve, and the rest of Donna's team to keep mom safe and happy.
