Visiting Angels

Visiting Angels has provided caregivers for my mom the past several years. We are very pleased with the people and services, they have been like family to us.

I got started with Visiting Angels because I just needed some help with the day-to-day. Their professionalism and respect for my wishes has been amazing. They are always ready to lend a helping hand and have been so accommodating. Getting older isn’t easy, but Visiting Angels has been such a blessing.

We have worked with Visiting Angels for two family members and found them to be compassionate, good at their jobs, and incredibly accommodating. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Visiting Angels was recommended to us by a few different professionals at a time when we found ourselves in a critical situation. Our cousins husband had passed away unexpectedly and he had been caring for her. we do not live nearby and so we need to find someone who could keep her safe and cared for. Matt came to her home and met with us within 36 hours. We had round the clock Caire. The people who cared for her were highly trained to deal with, her situation and treated her with respect and kindness. Matt was continuously available if we had any concerns or questions and matters were handled very quickly and efficiently. I don’t know what we would have done without Visiting Angels.

When we needed caregiving services we were like most people in that we had no idea how this worked, what worked, and what to do. Visiting Angels of Santa Monica were very patient with us. Be prepared as this is a human service experience things don't always align. This is where Visiting Angels really helped out as understanding and supportive. We have had to increase our need for the services and keeping in mind costs Visiting Angels has worked with us as a partner, not just a vendor. When things haven't gone well which is expected when your elderly parent is going through many issues, Visiting Angels has accepted their part and made corrections quickly. If you need these services it means things are difficult, challenging and emotionally draining. Having a partner that cares and works to make it work, like Visiting Angels of Santa Monica, is really a blessing.
