During the time when we realized that our parents needed additional care, Zeppone Caring Hands were Invaluable to us. In addition to taking the time to determine the best care givers for my parents, Thea Zeppone also provided us with emotional support and critical information as we made the transition to home care. Whether my parents were at home, in the hospital or during a temporary nursing home stay, Zeppone Caring Hands helped to meet their needs. Because my siblings and I all live outside of Savannah, knowing that Zeppone Caring Hands were there anytime, day or night, to assist with emergencies, gave us peace of mind for which we will always be grateful. After a very rough time following falls when they required around the clock care, both my parents, who in their 90’s, are now recovered enough that they can be cared for by unskilled neighbors. Even though for now we are not employing Zeppone Caring Hands, they still check with us to see how they are doing and were kind enough to come out and insure that the people helping my parents understood key items, like how to help them with baths.
