"Its a horrible place to work for. I've taken care of my elderly disabled mother, for 11 years now: both of us tried out this agency recently thinking they were a great place. The pay rate stinks, the other home health aides they sent to my home to help me take care of my mother weren't qualified and they were rude. The staff at this agency really don't feel comfortable with family members who are health aides, taking care of loved ones. If you're a client, and you ask questions: often times, a staff member will get you off the phone and not address your concerns. When my mother, didn't feel comfortable with one of the aides that were sent to our home, my supervisor fired me out of frustration, than rehired me because she made a mistake. Later, she went on vacation and her coworkers chased me out of the company. Soon after, I started getting harassment text messages and phone calls. When my supervisor, came back from her vacation; she denied these issues were occurring. My mother has multiple health issues and I help her a great deal. Totally, unprofessional from the staff at this agency the way they treated us. Both, my mother an I had no choice but to leave the agency and move one. Not, a good place to work for whether you're a caregiver taking care of family or other clients through them. If you're considering to be a client of theirs and need services go somewhere else. "

"They are the worst agency to work for. I wouldn't recommend caregivers and other applicants to apply at this agency. The staff members are rude, and the pay scale isn't good at all. Caregivers, that are sent out to homes aren't always cooperative, respectful to the clients, and their not often qualified. The staff at Serenity Home Care, do not like to be asked questions about the clients. If a staff member feels stress out with a client or caregiver: they will ask client to leave or terminate the caregiver's position. Sometimes, the staff at Serenity Home Care, will harass clients and their caregivers enough to make them both leave. Its a horrible and unstable work environment. The staff at this agency has a lot of things to improve. "
