I'm not entirely certain about the exact duration of time my daughter has been receiving services from Axcess, but I believe it's been at least nine years. Throughout this period, the quality of care and support has been consistently exceptional. The staff at Axcess truly make you feel like part of a family, which is a comfort not often found in service agencies. One of the thoughtful touches they provide is sending my daughter a birthday card each year, which always brings a smile to her face. In addition, during various holidays, we receive special vouchers for a ham or turkey, which adds a nice festive touch to our celebrations. As the school year approaches, Axcess goes the extra mile by requesting a supply list. They not only assist with providing necessary supplies for my daughter but also extend that support to her sibling, ensuring that all of the children can start the school year off right. The nurses and nurse managers have been nothing short of amazing. Their dedication and one-on-one attention have made a significant difference in our lives, and I genuinely look forward to many more years of partnership with them. Their unwavering support has been truly invaluable.

There are not enough stars to describe the magnitude of care and professional support that Axcess Home Care provides to me as a nurse caring for my patients in the familiar environment of their home. The genuine concern and assistance that the administration and nurse case managers give surpasses any home health nursing agency I have ever worked for. Axcess has become an extension of my family. They have rejoiced when milestones have been reached or simply when their little patients celebrate another birthday. Nurse manager Sandi Smith calls to verify our condition during storms and electrical outages and offers to find a solution to any problem that arises. Our situation would very different without Axcess. They have made it possible for me to work from home, caring for my completely dependent sisters. I truly do not know what we would do without Axcess. I am so thankful for their professionalism , kindness and many gestures of love and concern throughout the year for their patients and employees alike. They are an employer with a super special heart for others. They are amazing!!!

Axcess is a wonderful home care company to have. We have had nursing and aid services with them for at least 7 years. They are very professional and sweet people to work with. Sandy is our rn supervisor and she is wonderful. We've also had several care coordinators, Brittany and Leslie. They are both very good. They are very caring as well. As a client, we receive birthday and holiday cards. Also the company it's very caring.

I have had the privilege to be able to use Axcess Home Healthcare for my granddaughter for the past 8 years. Everyone that I have ever talked to have been wonderful. They go above and beyond to help meet your needs. Sandy Smith is my granddaughter's case manager and she is fantastic. We have also been very much satisfied with her aide, Debbie Davenport. I rate this company a 10 plus.

AXCESS Home Care is an amazing home care company. My mom has been a client of theirs for years now and their services are exceptional! They are always so kind and caring and my family feels like we are in good hands with them. Our supervisor nurse, Sandy, is exceptional and is always there for us. My mom is especially grateful because every visit she receives, Adriana always accompanies her which is a huge help because she is there to translate for my mom. Our experience with AXCESS has always been wonderful, and would recommend AXCESS to the community.
