Axcess is a home care company who services children with special needs and disabilities. As a RN you will provide assistance to the child following a care plan devised by a Nurse Supervisor and the client's parent. Activities that may be required include bathing, grooming, dressing, undressing, toileting, ambulation, mobility, accompanying to a medical appointment, laundry, feeding, transferring, housekeeping, incontinence care, administer medication, catheter care, tracheostomy care, wound care and ventilator care. Hours vary on the client's authorization and schedule is coordinated with the client's parent. We have several openings at this time in multiple locations throughout the state of South Carolina.
