Visiting Angels

Visiting Angels came into our lives at a very difficult time. I had just undergone a knee replacement and my husband’s declining medical conditions became impossible for me to manage. He is a disabled veteran and through the VA’s help and the staff member, Jess, from Visiting Angles, I was able to continue my recovery and keep him at home where he is most comfortable. Jess has been more than a helpful caregiver. She has become part of our lives that has supported us, cared for us, and put my husband’s needs first and above anyone I have ever known as a caregiver. Her care has allowed me to have the necessary breaks from 24/7 caregiving. Her fun loving caring personality allows her to bring out the best in my husband and helps him to interact with us. I am thrilled with the services we receive through Visiting Angels and love having Jess as our caregiver. She is one in a million! I am very thankful for these services.

I live 1500 miles from mom. Visiting Angels has been my eyes and ears for mom for nearly 2 years. They are thoughtful, thorough and reliable. Establishing care on very short notice normally takes several days and was near impossible throughout agencies, but Visiting Angels pulled together a plan and staff power for 7/24 care within a couple days. Visiting Angels has been a godsend! They watch over my Dad on weekends when I'm not able to be there. The care team check if he's taking his medication and make sure he gets a good meal.
