Eagle’s Wings Healthcare Services, Inc. is a non-medical for-profit private home healthcare provider established in April 2010 under the Healthcare Facility Regulation Division (HFRD). We offer Skilled Nursing, Personal Support and Companion Sitter services in thirdteen (13) counties (Butts, Clayton, Cobb, Dallas, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton Gwinnett, Henry, Rockdale, Spalding and growing) for the elderly, medically frail or medically compromised clients. We also offer Structure Family Caregiving to members who qualify. Services provided by Eagle’s Wings Healthcare require State Licensure but does not require a Certificate of Need to operate. We offer services that are paid by Medicaid (CCSP, ICWP and SOURCE – Medicaid Waivers) and Private Pay clients. If you have any client(s) or patients who may desire and/or require any of the above non-medical home healthcare services, we will welcome the referral and thank you in advance.
