Do NOT use this company. Extremely unprofessional and they have no sympathy. If you find your loved one in need of a visit or medication, on a holiday weekend, you won’t get it as the nurses on call are busy with their holiday shenanigans. I Was told they would be there to help us through the process, but they only showed up to introduce themselves and left, they did not even attempt to check in throughout the next 4 days. The nurse showed up the morning my loved one passed away, AFTER I called to notify them & the ONLY thing the nurse could discuss or was worried about was taking the medications “to properly dispose of because family members have tendencies to take the medications to overdose and die”. - excuse me? I told the nurse how TRAGIC the passing was, and she had the nerve to tell me “That was not her, she was already gone”. - excuse me again? The bereavement coordinator also said they offer grief counseling services & they do NOT. They will tell you to go find a group nearby to join.

On the morning of July 9th at 8:27 a.m., one of your drivers sped down my residential street and struck my beloved cat while recklessly driving over a speed bump. A family walking nearby witnessed the horrific moment. Your employee did not stop, did not check on my cat, and simply drove away as if nothing had happened. My cat was a part of our family for seven years. He was loved deeply and brought warmth and joy to our home every single day. Because of your driver’s negligence and complete lack of compassion, his life was cut short in a senseless and avoidable way. What makes this even more disturbing is that this morning, I saw the same vehicle speeding over the exact same speed bump, again with people—this time with a woman walking nearby. My mother spoke to one of your employees and when asked if she had done it, she did not respond and only looked heart broken. But clearly, no lessons have been learned, and no action has been taken. If your drivers cannot be trusted to operate vehicles safely in neighborhoods where children, families, and pets are present, what does that say about the level of care and responsibility you show to those you serve?This is not just about a cat. It is about basic human decency, accountability, and safety. I am heartbroken, I am furious, and above all, I am disappointed that this is the standard upheld by your organization. I have also seen other reviews talking about how reckless your employees drive, and I am beside myself with anger. Something must be done—before someone else suffers a loss they will never recover from. Do better.

Do not use this company for your loved ones. They have extremely reckless drivers and they actually ran over one of my friends beloved pets. Today, said friend saw them speeding again down the road. It is absolutely horrible how little regard they have for animals or even the safety of possible kids in the road in neighborhoods. Imagine what could of happened if that was your family member, or what they could be doing if they're that reckless.

Best Home Health for your loved ones! My grandma was admitted for wound care and extremely grateful that she was. Her complete nurse followed through with visit when unable to make initial contact. She found my grandma on the floor in her apartment, she had a brain bleed and was on the floor for hours prior to visit. I’m extremely grateful for Complete, best home health hands down and saved my grandma! Extremely thorough and truly cares. 10/10!!!

I chose Complete OK home health services for my mom after a back injury. She was not able to walk freely when she went home for home health services and the nurses and physical therapy were so good to her. She is up walking unassisted with no device and living her best life.
