Our service emphasizes comfort and dignity while making it possible for our patients to remain independent for as long as possible in surroundings familiar to them. The scope of our care extends beyond the patient to also include the family and/or caregiver, and we do so by respecting and working with the values and wishes of the family and people connected with the patient. Oasis Hospice is comprised of a highly-experienced interdisciplinary team consisting of: Physicians Nurses Hospice Aides Social Workers Chaplains Trained Volunteers To assist with the specialized caring needed during the later stages of an illness. Our team provides a reassuring combination of sound educational qualifications and years of experience in working and caring for terminally ill patients. You can relax knowing that your loved one is in good hands. Our team works together focusing on the patient’s needs; physical, emotional, and spiritual. Our goal is to help keep our patients as symptom free as possible, with loved ones nearby. The Oasis Hospice team, along with patient and family, develops a care plan that meets each person’s individual needs for pain management and symptom control. Oasis Hospice is owned and operated by nurses and physicians for the benefit of our patients and families.
