Oasis Hospice

I am grateful for Oasis. After an extended hospital and then nursing home stay, we were finally able to bring my Grandmother home and were in need of hospice care for her comfort. As I stood in line at Walgreens for my Grandmother's medication, a woman in front of me struck up a conversation and mentioned how Oasis had been incredible for her mother. This struck me as divine intervention because the original recommendation I had recieved from elsewhere had terrible reviews and were extremely pushy and did not sit well with my family. After I returned home I looked up Oasis and saw their great reviews. Long story short, our experience was nothing short of a miracle. My Grandmother was only in Oasis care for her final 3 days. Those 3 days were peaceful and she was comfortable. I want to thank the following members of the Oasis Care Team for all of their loving support: Kayla the intake receptionist was swift in gathering all the information needed and diligent in her communication, nurses Allison, Maria and Tonya for their patience and tender care, chaplains Alan and Michelle for their comforting presence and perfect prayers, and in the end, nurse Roxie for lovingly putting together a puzzle with us as we waited for the funeral home to arrive at 6am, her kind presence made everything flow calmly. I am grateful for our family's entire experience with Oasis. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Oasis. From the beginning the team has been kind, patient, and caring. The most exceptional part of our experience has been my mother's nurse Shelby. She doesn't just check boxes. She spends time. She takes care of minute details others might not have thought of. She's incredibly communicative and has taken calls to answer questions or calm me at all times of the day. Her knowledge is extensive. Her heart for what she does is palpable. We simply cannot say enough about her. It is hard to find health providers you can trust; we trust Shelby implicitly.

Oasis Hospice did a wonderful job caring for my husband for almost 7 months. Susan Hawkins the Oasis social worker was always available For help and Maria, the nurse, Gave my husband Ronald Harms Superb care. They went above and beyond for everything and made him so comfortable during his last months of life. I am so grateful for Oasis. Cindy Harms

Sharon!! I cannot thank you enough for being the catalyst for getting my mom the help she needed. The chaplain came out this morning to do paperwork then the admit nurse came by this afternoon. She ordered stat O2, comfort kit meds, a hospital bed, bedside table, wheelchair, suction, nebulizer, and commode. AND the delivery driver showed up with all the equipment before the nurse even pulled out of my driveway! Can you believe how fast that was? He’s here setting up the bed right now. Again, I am so grateful to you for everything !!

Oasis was a blessing to my mother and me. My mother as at the end stage of dementia, bedridden, and had developed pressure wounds. The nurse came 2x a week until the wounds were under control. The CNA came 3x a week to bathe my mother. The nurse made sure my mother had all the medical equipment and supplies needed. More importantly they treated my mother with compassion and kindness. Oasis made sure my mother was comfortable and pain free, allowing her to pass peacefully. I can't thank them enough for that gift.
