All of the nurses are compassionate and helpful. Rachel initially was who I spoke to and she was extremely helpful and kind. She made sure everything was arranged immediately. Dina, Emily and Erica have all been great with my father and have been very compassionate towards his situation. Christina was very kind and helpful as well. All of his needs are being met. I appreciate how amazing this team is.

Deena, RN contacted me the day following the nursing home’s suggestion for hospice care. Deena was very thorough and careful to understand my needs. We met later that afternoon and she covered all concerns I had. The following day, I was contacted by Christina (social worker) and she was very helpful and provided ideas for care. The next day, I was contacted by Nancy who is the clergy and she offered guidance and assistance as I needed. Since then, I have met with Amber Care staff and the nursing home to cover my Dads needs and feel confident that Amber Care staff are willing to assist as needed. So far the service my father and I have received has been extremely positive and I would rate A+++.

I give the Espanola team such amazing kudos! Gracie has been amazing at keeping communication with our family and making sure they are meeting us where we are at during this process. Devonna, on-call nurse, was very kind and made sure we were comfortable with everything. Anna, our nurse, is so kind and loving and knows exactly how to comfort our family during this time. Janice, our social worker, has made sure to help us cope and to help us with our needs. This team is professional, shows that they care, and truly meets us where we are at. Thank you again Espanola team for all of your hard work you do. We appreciate you.

Every Ambercare employee working with us is amazing. They are all caring and competent. From the outside looking in, the business seems like it's run well. We haven't been frustrated with any aspect of this partnership. That is essential for us as we navigate this time and care for our Mother. We're especially appreciative of MaryHelen who is such a strong and kind soul and for Deena who is always available for visits, questions, and solutions. Many thanks to the Ambercare staff!
