Ambercare

I would never recommend this place for caring for your elderly loved ones. The caregiver never shows up and comes whenever they feel like it. This place has poor management and doesn't care about the patients. They borrow money from their patients. The caregivers do the bare minimum of their job duties. I would never recommend this place to anyone. These people depend on caregivers for basic daily duties, medication, bathing, cleaning up, and laundry. Unfortunately, this company sees these patients as money. A business should not be allowed to operate in these conditions.

We have our 95yo dad living with us. He is in rapid decline, and we requested in-home hospice. The doctor prescribed Ambercare and we could not be more satisfied with them. It’s wraparound care: a social worker, the offer of a chaplain, and Frank, the finest hospice nurse you could possibly imagine. Frank visits every Thursday. He brings with him his caring, loving spirit. We thank God for Frank, and for the rest of the support network Ambercare provides for us in this difficult time. Update: Frank (who’s wonderful) moved to a more admin role. In July Corrie was assigned to us as our nurse. She is so wonderful. An angel on earth. And Dalila comes 1X per week to bathe him. She’s so kind and efficient. Dad is nearing the end.

The care my father has received from Ambercare has been very positive so far. The attendants have been fulfilling their scheduled sessions and providing expected care with attentiveness and compassion. They have provided appropriate information and kept the family informed about care.

Everyone we have met and dealt with at Ambercare have been wonderful and compassionate. We feel so blessed to have their help carrying for our mom.

AmberCare Hospice was amazing in assisting me n my family in my moms final months.I would definitely recommend them to you or your loved ones in time of need. There all very friendly and compassionate.They all work closely together to figure out the best outcome for the patient.We are very grateful for them to have been apart of my moms care team.
