All in One Hospice Care
All in One Hospice Care is a Medicare-certified hospice provider serving Van Nuys, California and surrounding areas. A Medicare-certified hospice provides comfort care and support services to patients with terminal illnesses and their families. Hospice care focuses on quality of life rather than curative treatment.
Hospice care is available to patients whose physician certifies they have a terminal illness with a life expectancy of six months or less if the illness runs its normal course. Patients may receive hospice care at home, in a hospice facility, nursing home, or hospital.
Medicare-certified hospices must provide all four levels of hospice care: routine home care, continuous home care for periods of crisis, general inpatient care for symptom management, and inpatient respite care to give caregivers a break. Care is provided by an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and trained volunteers.

My uncle was diagnosed with a terminal cancer and we were devastated when we discovered there was nothing to be done. However, when we find out about hospice services we at least knew we can have a peaceful last few weeks with him. ALL IN ONE HOSPICE CARE did a great service to my uncle and the whole family, including myself. Amy was so helpful every time we needed anything. The office staff are so friendly and nurses were very knowledgeable and gentle. Especial thanks to the chaplain Mr. Edik who was very helpful in guiding my family through this hard process. From the very beginning Tanya made everything happen very easy for my dad to come home from the hospital she made sure all our needs where met and dad was comfortable at home. All in One Hospice Care is absolutely wonderful! The level of service, care, and empathy was really top notch. Delivery of supplies and medications was easy and quick... usually within a couple of hours. The nurses and all support staff were easy to contact, professional, and caring. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

My dad has late stage Lewy Body Dementia and my mom takes care of him at home. The Hospice care has been extremely helpful in assisting her with the caregiving needs. The people she especially appreciates are Reggie, Vince and Diana in the office, Ingrid the Nurse, Inna who helps bathe him weekly and Shiva the Physical Therapist. They are all wonderful!
