"Absolutely worse administration, providers and nurses ever. They are all about the $$$ and not about the care for the patient. My loved one was hospitalized for a total of 3 weeks. They made it very evident after the 2nd week my loved one wasn’t welcome any longer. Care standard changed, attitudes changed. It’s unbelievable that they call themselves a reputable institution. The providers are almost impossible to contact. No one provides any feedback or care plan to the family until you literally beg for information and even then they sound like they are doing you a favor by even talking to you. Providers did not honor any wishes of the family, did whatever they wanted to do (since they made their intentions very clear from day one) and they did just that. No explanations given as to why decisions were made. We asked on several occasions for them to provide us with a reasoning behind their decisions but they failed to do so. The nurses for the most part were ‘okay’ with the exception of a nurse names Karen (really was a Karen) on the 5th floor south team. Who was very disrespectful, racist and very stand-offish. You have to beg someone to come by to clean your loved one. If they are soo short staffed maybe they should hire more quality staff to assist instead of making the experience at the hospital worse. The hospital is filthy which wasn’t even an issue given everything else we went through. Never again, please steer clear of this place unless you really want your patience tested or loved ones suffer at the hands of these unqualified bunch of losers! I disappointed "
