Southeastern Virginia Training is a certified Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) located in Chesapeake, Virginia. An ICF/IID provides health and rehabilitation services to individuals with intellectual disabilities or related conditions who require active treatment but do not require the level of care provided by a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
ICF/IIDs provide residential care and active treatment to help individuals develop skills and achieve the highest level of independence possible. Each resident has an individual program plan that addresses their specific needs and goals.

Very crabby atmosphere. I’m so glad I saw how there were much more experienced and educated places than this one. They are clearly the Hampton Roads version of Region Ten in Central Va. REAL well researched QMHPs know what I mean by this statement.
Don’t do it, worst mistake of my life coming here. It’s sad I was working in a mental health facility and the ones who drive you crazy everyday will be your coworkers and management. Word to the wise don’t come here! AND THEY ABUSE PATIENTS IN SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS, physical abuse, emotional abuse, etc. Honest to god if they got exposed they would surely be shut down ASAP
