Living Well Victoria

Living Well Victoria is a certified Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) located in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. An ICF/IID provides health and rehabilitation services to individuals with intellectual disabilities or related conditions who require active treatment but do not require the level of care provided by a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
