Hello! We are small, independently owned medical facilities. We have full and part-time shifts available. We care for people with disabilities, who are non-violent, and who have nursing needs. Each facility has 6 clients and we work hard to maintain one staff per three clients. You will have time to give complete care of your clients and go home feeling accomplished in your work and ready for your next shift! We will train you to give meds, provide gastrostomy tube feedings, and other nursing skills such as suctioning and breathing treatments. You will also be trained on various physically therapy and occupational therapy programs. There is lifting involved, so we need applicants who are strong and are injury free. Our work environment will keep you learning, excelling and having fun while feeling productive. We encourage furthering education and work to be flexible in scheduling. Many of our staff are current students working towards nursing, P.A. and therapy degrees. We are worth a consideration and tour! Call and come see our facility today! The short 20 minute drive from Chico and Oroville is most definitely worth it! Our wages start at $18.50 for new CNA/DDNAs and goes up with experience and/or other relatable degrees. No training? We will train you at our facility and you can earn a CNA equivalent for working with the disabled population.
