"My daughter worked for nodc and was attacked twice by the same client her cheekbone was fractured her face was scarred and when she asked to be put in another cottage away from the client that attacked her nodc still would not put my daughter in another cottage to ensure her safety. She also came out covid-19 positive from nodc and brought covid-19 does not care about the clients or the staff the staff that has been there for some years now try to get over on the new staff that comes in they call off right before it's time for their shifts so that the new staff can get mandated . They let the clients beat on the staff and expect our younger generation our future to be put in harm's Way for not even $20 an hour nodc in the state of Ohio should be shut down or the state of Ohio needs to take care of their facility and these people love ones like they should."

"My niece is a patient at this facility currently and it seems to me the interest in the patient is not a factor. The communication is absolutely horrific. I began calling on April 22, left numerous messages no return call, I called again on May 3rd and spoke with Patrice Wiley I informed her I would be in town for a funeral and now that I know where my niece is at I would like to visit when I am in town. Patrice assured me she would have an officer call me the next day to go over visitation rules an that if he did not she would follow up with me. That never happened in fact I called numerous times before getting through to someone the day before I arrived. I was told that the visit would be granted but to arrive 15 minutes early only to wait until the actual visitation. I was also told by Patrice Wiley I could bring my niece some items, which I did only to be told she couldn't have them that same day. Well during my visit the officer told me he just found out I could bring the items so I had to return to my hotel to get the items and I dropped them off. I found out on Tuesday my niece never received the items. I called Patrice to voice my concern and my disappointment in this and I asked for her supervisor after she gave me her extension she just hung up the phone. This was extremely rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I would not at this point recommend anyone at this facility. I've always thought that family involvement helps that patient in long run but it seems to me that Patrice, her supervisor Ann? does not care about patient care. "
